The Enlightening Hope Project will be hosting the Annual International Overdose Awareness Day again! Although the official day is on August 31st, to accommodate most schedules so that more people can attend, we will be having it on Sunday, August 28, 2022.

About the Event
International Overdose Awareness Day is a global event held on 31 August each year and aims to raise awareness of overdose and reduce the stigma of a drug-related death. It also acknowledges the grief felt by families and friends remembering those who have died or had a permanent injury as a result of drug overdose.
Please mark your calendars and start sending in your photos and stories to share! This year we plan on creating a banner with pictures and create an audio presentation to share as well.
